Kaitlyn E. Dibsie, Esq.
Kaitlyn is a bright attorney who recently served as a Law Clerk in the Family and Criminal Division of the New Jersey Superior Court. Through her clerkship, Kaitlyn gained immense familiarity with several aspects of Family law including divorce, child custody, equitable distribution, child support, and domestic violence. Kaitlyn also had the privilege of gaining familiarity with the Criminal Justice Process, growing a particular interest in criminal detention hearings and motion practice. She additionally gained experience in facilitating landlord/tenant and Special Civil Mediations.
Driven by a strong desire to assist those going through tumultuous periods in their life, Kaitlyn pursued a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Rutgers Law School – Camden. She later became a licensed Attorney in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee.
Through her work with the firm, Kaitlyn has demonstrated that she is no stranger to hard work and dedication. She has proven to be compassionate, empathic, and excellent at explaining how the law impacts a client’s situation, offering them a comprehensive and realistic view of their options. In each of her cases, Kaitlyn’s first priority is ensuring every client receives the best resolution of their matter.
